Testing & inspection for landlords

If you are a landlord, or a letting agent responsible for numerous properties, you will be fully aware of the legal obligations that come with letting property, whether residential or commercial.

We do testing that is tailored to your needs. Your electrical system - including consumer unit, lights, switches, sockets and key appliances (if applicable) - will be fully tested and inspected within the scope and requirement of prevailing legislation. You will then receive a system status report, which will include any recommendations for repairs and addressing any issues or concerns. A copy of the report can also be made available to your tenants.

We know it’s not always easy for you to attend your premises during inspection, so we’re happy to work around your availability, meet you or an agent to collect and drop off keys (subject to arrangement and agreed location) and make arrangements to access the premises.
